Adjust this recipe to make it your own, by adding or subtracting ingredients, and amounts. This particular recipe can be a bit spicy hot depending on your taste. My hubby loves it. Ingredients:
1/2 cup each Cayenne pepper, cumin, turmeric, coriander,
1/4 cup Garamond Marsala
1/8 cupFenugreek
1/8 Fennel powder
1/8 ginger powder
1Tbsp Black cardamom
1/8 cup dessert spice
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a quart size mason jar.
Label, and store in cool dry place.
